Moving into a smaller house!

In preparation to move into our new rental apartment, my friend and i went to take window curtain measurements and while we are it my mind was wondering about how relatively small the space is and how on earth im going to decorate it.I realized i have a lot of work in de-cluttering to do reasons being:-
)We are moving from a bigger house to a smaller house -one room less.
2)The living room is tricky as it has two doors one to the balcony an another to the main hallway.
3)Our bedroom is smaller than our existing one an since we cant get rid of it we gotta put our heads together and see how we`ll follow the feng shui rules of furniture placement.
However our Kitchen and bathroom are bigger esp the bath its well designed to suit our needs and i cant wait to decorate it and add splashes of color.
We`ve got a bonus balcony and all i can think of is entertaining out there and how nice it would be to be bask in the sun.

Oops i forgot i also need to start thinking about patio furniture, barbecue grill you know the works here are some images that are giving me psyche.
